What is a playtest?

A playtest takes place when the project that is currently in development is presented to a person representing the game's future players. During the session, a researcher observes the playtester's behavior and makes notes about all the things that negatively impacted their experience. Collected feedback is then passed on to the designers, who can use this newly obtained knowledge to perfect their designs.

How does it work?

  • You fill out the player questionnaire to give us an idea of what kind of games you like.

  • If your profile matches one of our titles in development, we will contact you about the playtest opportunity.

  • If you find a suitable time slot for you, we will prepare the necessary documents and invite you to our office in Kraków

  • You play the unreleased game and share your thoughts and opinions during a playtest session with the researcher.

  • Designers get to know how to make their game better, and you get paid.

Don’t worry if none of the dates suits you or if we run out of available slots for the study — game development is a lengthy process, so it’s very likely that we will try to contact you again.
